What Causes Enlarged Ovaries And Cyst In Left Ovary With Septations?

Hi i had an ultraound on my ovaries, these are my results, i was just wondering if there is anything major to worry about? My results were

"Both ovaries are midly enlarged. Right Ovary is 14cc and the left ovary is 11cc in volume. In addition the left ovary contains a complex cyst with septations measuring 18x13x13mm.
