What Causes Enlarged Prostrate?

I am having enlarged prostrate and takng Silodal -D8 for the last six months. when I started taking this medicine my urine stream was found good but now it has become slow and a bit thin stream. I am 82 years and PSA tested is 6.01. Please advise I should continue this dose one twin cap a day or increase it.What is the best time of the day to take it.

Hi, I have gone through your query.Silodal D8 is a good drug for BPH.You should continue taking the medicine.It should preferably be taken at bed time.Only 1 tab a day,no need to increase the dose.
