What Causes Enlarged Spleen With A Splenic Artery Aneurysm?

I have an enlarged spleen (16cm) with an splenic artery aneurysm. I found this in my medical records from my last CT but the doctor never said anything. I ve been having a lot of health problems lately with my heart, kidneys and I m diabetic. Why does everyone seem like they are not concerned?

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
The splenic artery it self is normally tortuous. In addition has an aneurysm. This in itself will cause the spleen to enlarge.
Since there is no active treatment as there may not be any symptoms so that the Doctors have not bothered to tell you about this.
You have major Medical problems too. You need to look after the diabetic part , as this is the most important one.
