my fathers one testes has grown to a size that is quite large, nearly the size of a soft ball; he claims no discomfort other than the enlarged size. The other teste appears to be normal. What might be the cause and better, a course of action to take. Concerned son!
Get the ultrasound done to know if it is solid or cystic, if cystic it may be a benign hydrocoele but if it is a solid mass, you need to get it operated and biopsy done to rule out malignancy....................all the best n tc care
