What Causes Enlargement In The Uterus?

hello , i'm 32 yrs old with 2 kids ( 5 & 2).for the past 2 months i have spotting everyday.when i consulted my doctor & took a scan , it came as enlarged uterus with homogenous myometrial echoes & endometrial cavity thickened measuring 2.3 cm with multiple cystic spaces.rt ovary 3.9*2.3*2.7cms , lt ovary 4.2 * 1.9*2.1cms & poly cystic ovaries.what does this report mean ?please help.
