What Causes Enlargement Of Lower Abdomen And Breasts Post A Myomectomy?

I had surgery a year ago to remove fibroids (myomectomy) and to remove a cyst on my ovary. A day or two after surgery I tore the ovary by moving too quickly. There was bruising on my side that eventually went away. A few weeks later I began to lose a lot of hair, which has since stopped and the hair grew back. I have been steadily gaining weight, especially in the lower abdomen. I have developed a large ponch, but I have no pain in the area. My breasts have also almost doubled in size. I am wondering what this means, and if I should be looked at by a doctor.
