What Causes Enlargement Of Skull Bones?

About a month ago, two sudden symmetrical bony protusions appeared along my brow ridge right over the area where my frontal sinuses are located forming a bulging Y or T shape right above the bridge of my nose, as if the bones have enlarged or else a growth or pressure within my skull or frontal sinuses have pushed the supraorbital ridge forward in that area. This was followed by a constant severe migraine or sinus headache located behind the eyes and in the forehead area which lasted for one week, which then became a constant dull headache in the same location which is now current and has lasted for 2 1/2 weeks. This has been accompanied by some flu-like feelings of light-headedness, extreme fatigue and what feels like a fever but with no temperature. I also have loud ringing in the ears and what feels like sinus pressure and congestion of the ears. My nose was broken in a fist about fight five months ago which never received any medical attention. The right lateral cartilage is caved in and a fracture line can be felt from the top of the bridge of the nose sideways all the way across the right side. I do not know if the nasal fracture could have anything to do with the bony lumps over the frontal sinuses. I had sinus problems following the broken nose along with deviation in the septum with some obstruction of my ability to breathe through the nose. But I have had no sinus problems within the last two months and can breathe freely. A few days ago, I also noticed that my left cheek bone looks puffy and enlarged but there is no pain, bruising or soft-tissue swelling. It looks as if the cheek bone is jutting out slightly and appears asymmetrical from the right cheek bone. I do not have insurance and am fearing that I have a possible tumor or cyst within the sinuses. Is this a possibility, or is it more likely that the problems are delayed developments related to the nasal fracture? Also, I have read that Paget's disease causes enlargement of skull bones. I am a 46-year-old male.
