What Causes Enlargement Of Testis?

Hi.This is sameer and am 26 year old and I would like to ask regarding the testis enlargement in the left testis. I was noticing this three year before and i was not comfortable that s i didn t discuss with any doctor. Once i felt down from the bike could be also the reason but i don t know. I would like to consult doctor what kind of doctor should i consult and can i know any doctor contact details in Chennai may be near velacherry.Will that defect the fertility of the semen. I really appreciate your concern, swelling may not be due to accident but it could be due to some hydrocele and it need to be ruled out and for that you can consult the urologist or urosurgeon, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
