What Causes Epigastric Cramping During Pregnancy?

I am a woman with 10th week of primi pregnancy. I have a little cramping like pain with short period in my left epigastric region for the past 6 hours. is it normal and then i didnot have any spotting or bleeding. i am scared of my unborn baby . kindly answer me?

Hi i can understand your concern .But you do not worry.you have acidity take pantocid tablet daily in the morning for 3_4 days and Mucaine gel 3 tsf daily thrice for 3 days.thanks
