What Causes Episodes Of Dizziness Followed By Vomiting?

Hi, About once a year I get an attack of dizziness, like swooning, then I vomit. It hits me out of nowhere. I then rest for the rest of the day (too tired to work) and seem better the next day, just weak. Any ideas? (I m female, 57 years old, jog three times a week and eat a fairly balanced, healthful diet).

These are the nonspecific type of symptoms and these could be due to anxiety and depression and the causative factor could be Menopause only, if would try to keep your self away from this stress then every thing would be fine soon, hope this information helps.
