What Causes Episodes Of Muscle Weakness In Chest And Dizziness Post Stent Placement?

I had 2 stents placed in my heart in late March of this year. Over the past several weeks I have periodically experienced a kind of muscle weakness that seems to run from the inside of one arm, thru my chest to the inside of the other arm. these episodes last from just few seconds to perhaps 15 seconds. During these episodes I feel a little dizzy and somewhat short of breath. I keep thinking it has something to do with my heart meds, but it s worrisome as I feel very weak when it occurs.
