General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Unfortunately, it is due to the weakness of the nerves supplying the penile muscles maintaining the erection. Consult a urologist and get evaluated. There is are certain prosthetic devices that can help a bit.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
