What Causes Erectile Dysfunction After Taking Cefixime?

goodmorning doctor.Please i noticed that i normally wake with a low erectile penis, i treated an infection with cifixime and that was when i beagn to realise this problem. Please what can i do to improve this condition of erection as it was every morning when i woke up?

I have gone through your Query & I really appreciate your concern about the problem you are facing.

I would like to tell you that Cefixime is not the cause of your low erections in the morning. Cefixime is a antibiotic and it does not have a side effect as Erectile dysfunation.

I would also like to tell you that Morning erection mostly depends upon the Testosterone levels on your body in the morning. As your body might have been under stress lately due to infection, there might be fluctuations in Testosterone levels leading to weak or less powerful morning erections.

I would also like to tell you that diagnosis erectile dysfunction is established if you are not able to get erect during a sexual intercourse or penis is not able to stay erect during intercourse. It does not depend on your morning wood.
