What Causes Erectile Dysfunction After Taking Lansoloc?

Morning Dr. my husband had a problem where by when he goes to toilet he will pass blood for three weeks, so i advised him to consult and he did, the Dr gave him the Lansoloc. he is been taking it for full two weeks now, the problem is he doesn t have any erection now. should he leave the medication or what pls advice.

Thanks for contacting HCM.

As per your description blood in toilet could be suggestive of haemorrhoids, for which lansoloc (pentoprazole) is of no use. Besides It does not cause erectyl dysfunction. So your husband should consult surgeon for both the problems. He will do proper examination and guide you accordingly.
