What Causes Erectile Dysfunction After Taking Proviron Tablet?

YYYY@YYYY . Dr. I have been married now for 15 years without a child. With the series of consultations my husband was said to have low sperm count and my own complain was that my cervix was too small. The doctor proposed he was going to open the cervix which he finally did. After that act other doctors find it difficult to do even ex-ray that if they persist I might be hurt. Now the advise is that I need to be operated upon to see if my tube are okay. For my husband, he was given proviron which only worsen the situation. It is difficult for him to have an erections and if he does for a very short time. I am confused. I need your advise because for some time now I have not bothered again to consult on the issue. I am 43 years old now.

The erectile dysfunction after taking Proviron (Mesterolone) indicates side effect through hormone modification at various steps of hypothalamopitutary axis. When he will stop further dosage of the same, after 10-15 days, he would return back to normal to previous erection and sex pattern.
