What Causes Erectile Dysfunction After Using Coveram 5mg?

I ve been taking Coveram 5 mg for the past 2 months and was taking a pitavastatin for the same period of time. Experienced drop in libido and desire. Stopped the statin a month ago to try to determine which of the drugs was the culprit. Still no change. Cannot maintain an erection. I m 66 and in good health and until I started on these drugs I was always ready to go and very hard.
