hi.. I m 18 years old... I ve started hand practice 3years ago.. still i do it.. my pennies doesn t stand for 1-2 minutes.. I m in a big worry... I ve tried to stop doing hand practice... but when i stop i saw dreams and i got cummed automatically... then when I m got excited few drops of water came out from my pennies automatically... I m eating healthy foods and taking rest.. but i can t find a problem.

masturbation is a normal process.you don't have any physical or medical prb ...u r having psychological prb.....make it mind clear that masturbation does not hurt you if u do it once or twice a week.....just take tab supradyne BD and tab evion 600 mg of for 10 days
