m 21 yrs old and I feel something that bothers on the inside penis hole every time I masturbate that feeling increases also I use to last when masturbating but now is more easy for me to ejaculate I dont get erections as I use to and when Im not erected my penis shrinks more than the usual I now i cant sex with my lover
