What Causes Erectile Dysfunction And Premature Ejaculation?

Hello Doctor, I am 25 yr old male, height 170 cm, weight 64 kgs. I have a premature ejaculation problem and my penis points downwards and slightly left as well when erect. I can clearly see stiff veins on my penis when erect and it is too sensitive to touch. I ejaculate within a minute. Is there any way to get a normal penis erection(ie pointing upwards), is surgery the only way to cure that and also how to cure premature ejaculation??

Hi,

Premature ejaculation can be due to 1st-time sex. Diabetes, anxiety etc. also contributes to it.

A bent penis is normal, the vagina is made in a way to accept bent penis. Sharing a picture will be helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. S.R.Raveendran, Sexologist
