HOWDY DOC MY NAME IS DOYNE AND I HAVE A QUESTION FOR YOU, FIRST I HAVE CANCER WHICH IS CALLED MYELOFIBROSIS AND I AM HAVING TROUBLE WITH ED SO I DECIDED TO TAKE HORNY GOAT WEED WITH MACE FROM THE DRUG STORE I ASK MY REGULAR DR, HE DIDN T KNOW MY CANCER DR, SAID I AM NOT SURE IT WOULD BE GOOD FOR YOU, SO WITH LOW BLOOD THAT IS WHAT IS CAUSING MY ED I THINK, BUT I HAVE BEEN ON THIS STUFF FOR ALMOST 3 WEEKS, NOW AFTER READING I AIN T FOR SURE NOW, AND I AM 61 YEARS OLD SO WHAT EVER YOU CAN TELL ME WOULD BE GREAT,

Based on the history you have shared, myelofibrosis can cause severe fatigue and impairment of daily functions including erections related issues. it's part of disease symptomatology as well as due to abnormal blood products and decreased oxygen delivery and nutritional issues.
