What Causes Erectile Dysfunction With Lack Of Pleasure During Sex?

Hi I have a question about my boyfriend,
Well he said he can't feel any pleasure when it comes to sex and every time we to have sex and he becomes erect and we try intercourse he becomes soft and can't perform. He's 24 and just recently started to try masturbating so he's never done this type of stuff. Also I don't know if it helps but he's autistic. Im just worried because he said he cant feel anything, I mean he can feel it but he can't feel pleasure. I don't know what to do.

welcome to Health care magic.
1.In this case all he needs is a good counselling from a psychiatric specialist.
2.As he only started the intercourse, you may need to support and give assurance with the activity by which he may feel much confident.
3.Do not discourage him in any way.
4.Other possible causes are presence of any other underlying medical conditions can also cause erectile dysfunction - which needs to be treated.
5.Suggest to take an appointment with psychiatric specialist for further evaluation.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
