What Causes Erectile Dysfunction?

My age is 43.. Actually since 20 days I have been facing sexual erectile dysfunction.. However I had a very strong capability but suddenly I have facing issues... 2 months back I also did health checkup test like CBC, RFT, KFT , Thyroid, Sugar (HBAIC1) , Urine , Cholostorol , Echo, TMT etc .. everything goes good results..

Though erection ability decreases due to age, if there is sudden decrease in erectile function, it may be due to some drugs/illnesses local or systemic. So, please provide details regarding any medications/associated illnesses if any for further suggestions. All the best.
