What Causes Erectile Dysfunction?

I m 24 years male.I m having difficulty in maintaining an erection while having sex. I have noticed this especially when I use condom. I lose me erection in about 2min. I feel my heart pumping fast and then I lose erection. While during unprotected sex I m able to go for a bit more longer period.I don t drink or smoke. I m feeling distressed. I have been noticing this since a year and a half from now. Wasn t the case before.

it is mainly phycological or dibetes. in your case juvenile dibetes can cause this.can take counseling from clinical psychologist. donot go for unprotected sex. yoga and meditation may help you. can consult naturopathnexperts.
