For erectile dysfunction rule out hypertension, hypercholesterol, Anti hypertension medications, stress, depression, thyroid problem, smoking etc like causative factor needs to be ruled out.
If after marriage you cannot able to do sex than psychiatrist help can be taken.
Sildenafil like drug available for erectile dysfunction, but it's better not to use it until strongly indicated
