What Causes Erectile Dysfunction?

i'm 24 and i used to masturbate lot for around twice daily in the past and later on i decided to stop it but my father observed me masturbate even in my sleep. i could not stop that one in the nights.but, for past couple of months i'm sensing that my penis is not erecting well. can i know what is happening to me.

Hi,

Masturbation is healthy and cannot cause erection problems. But excess masturbation can cause physical stress and thereby anxiety. This anxiety can cause erectile dysfunction. I suggest counseling for you.
