What Causes Erectile Dysfunction?

Hi Dr. Sheafe, Requesting for your expert medical advice, I am 33 Years old, 104 kgs, 6'4" tall, tea tottler, recently married. My Query is till my marriage, I had total penile erection but after marriage I am not getting erection even after I tried for several times. I am able to ejaculate without total erection. please guide me. Thanks in advance

Thanks for query.
You ave problem of Erectile Dysfunction and needs to be evaluated .
Consult qualified Urologist for clinical assessment and get following basic teats done to find out the cause of your ED.
1) Blood tests for Testosterone ,Plolactin.Blood Sugar.Thyroid hormone assay etc
2) Colour Doppler Ultrasound scanning of penis

Further treatment will depend upon the results of these tests and cause of your ED.
