Hi I just started working out, I m taking, protein, bcaa, cla, I m overweight by about 200 lbs, for a week or so now, I ve been having an erection problem, just not getting hard likei used to. I m 37 yrs old. Some stress in life, am I just freaking myself out? Or the supplements, or being over weight. Or do I have a problem?

The first step is to visit your doctor because several health conditions and the medications that treat them can cause erectile dysfunction. I can understand it can be embarrassing to discuss sexual problems with the doctor but if you want to get treated then consulting with a doctor is must.
Erectile dysfunction is mostly psychological and because of performance anxiety, so once you remove that fear from your mind you won’t have much problem. You can do some relaxation or meditation to reduce the anxiety if the problem persists you can consult psychiatrist also for treatment.
