there is this guy who likes me a lot...he says he want to hug me but then refuses it....when i ask y he refuses he says that his penis will erect....is it true that such a thing might happen??he doesnt even let me touch he back to when we r on the bike

Hi dear, this can be present in some person usually in young adolescents.. Hug him and give him touch , don't be worried much ,It may disappear after some time.Hope this cures your worry.
