What Causes Erection Problems During Intercourse?

Hello i am 25 years old. Ive had sex with my fiancé and everything was normal until one time while having sex he lost his erection so we stopped. After that for two times, everytime we try to have intercourse, he loses his erection and starts sweating heavily. I am very worried about it. Can u please help me?
