What Causes Erections While Passing Stool?

I have had a robotic radical prostatectomy a few years ago and have not managed in all of this time to acheive erections! But I get a raging Erection sometimes when I am passing a stool! it lasts for about 15 seconds, and it infuriates me that all of the online doctors and other people say: ah that is because the prostate is being massaged etc, but no one seems to be using this information to produce a device that could help such a me? as cialis and viagra and Caverject have not achieved what a stool can.

Hello,

Erection while passing stool can be due to massage on the prostate, however, there is no such device to cause erection by massaging prostate. Meet your urologist for investigation and management.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
