What Causes Erratic Breathing And Tightness In Chest After Smoking Cigarettes?

i am a 30 year old male that does lots of exercise and smokes 10 to 15 light cigarettes a day. for the last 4 to 5 days i have had erratic breathimg and its getting worse. i have a slightly tight chest and stuffy nose, my chest and throght feel like they have an anxiety or adrenaline feeling to then when i breath in and out and because of this my throght keeps getting an impulse feeling to close up or holt my breathing, asif im trying to push the air out of my lungs but trying to keep it in at the same time. also while this has been happening my lips have been going very tight like they are pulling into the middle to pucker up for a kiss and i cannot release them and my face feels a bit tingley. would realy appreciate some input as this is not the first this has happene, the last time it lasted about 3 weeks

Would you be surprised that this is a common set of symptoms ?
It is called "PUrsed LIps Breathing".

it is a reflex to maximize the input of oxygen and NOT breathe out too much carbon dioxide. Because if you breathe out too much carbon dioxide the blood gets too alkaline (not enough acidity) and nerves misfire.... Giving Tingling!
There's a lot on pursed lips breathing out there .....And.. its a reason to quit cigarettes.....
