What Causes Excess Abdominal Swelling Post Miscarriage?

Hi,I recently went into labor at 20 weeks pregnant, and had a miscarraige. My baby had a large cystic hygroma with fetal hydrops and I was swollen also.I am now 1 week past the delivery and my stomach is still very large, hard, and swollen feeling. Is this normal?

it will take time to get your figure in tone. its just a week over. after 42 days of delivery, you can resume to normal work, diet maintenance, exercise and afterwards you will get your figure back.
