What Causes Excess Acid In Stomach Along With Microscopic Hematuria?

I have excess acid in my stomach lately, diarrhea and my urine test showed some blood. Dr thinking had kidney stone because I also had severe pain the other day in lower left side. Ct scan and ultra sound was all negative. No more pain but still acid stomach and reflex....can this all be related?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Blood in urine is occurs in various conditions like kidney stones, urinary tract stones, kidney diseases etc.
Pain in loin region can occur due to urinary tract stone.
A stone too small in size may not be visualized on imaging studies.
Acidity and reflux are unrelated to the problem of loin pain and blood in urine.
Acidity and reflux can be controlled with proton pump inhibitors (PPI).
The definitive treatment is identification of the cause of reflux.
Hernia. low gastro-esophageal junction may be responsible for the reflux.
I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for management of the problem.

Thanks and take care
