What Causes Excess Body Warmth With Tiredness Causing Lack Of Sleep?

I AM ALWAYS INTERNALLY WARM, LIKE I AM GOING TO COMBUST! THESE SYMPTOMS ARE WORSE WHEN I TRY TO SLEEP. I CAN BE DEAD TIRED SITTING IN A CHAIR, BUT GO TO BED (HORIZONTAL) AND THE INTERNAL BURNERS KICK ON AND NO SLEEP TO BE FOUND. CONSTANTLY FLOPPING AROUND IN BVED TO FIND A COLL SPOT. I GET NOOOOOO SLEEP! CAN TOU HELP?????

hello user, i understand your concerns. you have not mentioned your age and sex - however if you are a women past middle age , these can be hot flushes related to menopause and consulting a gynecologist can be helpful as hormone replaceent therapy may be prescribed - other possibility is of hyperthyroidism - so getting a thyroid function test and consulting a physician can help - other less common possibilities can be of some central causes like hypothalamic dysfuction, multiple sclerosis , anticholinergic medicines intake etc- even long term sleep deprivation and anxiety can cause such symptoms - but do focus on commoner things first and consult doctors in that order and meanwhile take rest and drink plenty of fluids - hope i answered your query - if satisfied please rate the answer
