What Causes Excess Flatulence And Soreness Above Buttocks?
A few nights ago, I experienced an excessive amount of gas. I farted alot. I have soreness now just above the area in the back where the buttock crevice begins. I m not quite sure what caused this. Maybe the rice ramen with miso soup broth. I took my usual vitamins including one metamucil capsule and a testosterone suppliment but nothing really unusual. Do you have ANY idea?

may b ur food sir...drink more water n walk after ur food...which will help u in proper digestion n soreness u can apply oil or lotion...if u r constipatd u can eat good amount of fibres
