What Causes Excess Forgetfulness Post Child Delivery?

I am a 32 year old lady, gave birth in 2014 january c-section and ever since then i ve started being too forgetful, could this be because of the operation? i know its normal to be forgetful but it started getting worse to an extent i start a statement and might forget where i was heading with it

No, this wouldn't be because of the operation but it may indicate a low thyroid condition so you should have your thyroid function tested with blood work
