General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I appreciate your concern
Bell fat is very reluctant to go so he has to have strong determination to get rid of it

I would advise him to follow certain life style modifications for 2 to 3 months if it doesn't reduce than I will advise him to take anti obesity medicines.

Here I would like further information to help you better like
His complete medical history if he is having any liver or metabolic disease or diabetes
Does he consume liquor or smoke
His weight height and built

Please write back to me with these details so that I will be able to tell you more precisely
waiting for your reply
Best wishes
