What Causes Excess Hunger, indigestion And Exhausted?

I am expecting and am in my 3rd trimester. I got overheated yesterday and hungry as well. I overate and felt sick for awhile before I vomited. It was like an explosion inside and I had acid coming out of my nose and it felt like vomit came out of my ear. Afterwards, my ear was aching and it felt pressurized. I had my husband take a look, but there was nothing that we could see. I was also hacking flem and blood, the blood wasn t in my saliva, but came from deeper in my throat or chest. This morning I still have pressure like it s stopped up after changing altitude, but the pain is alot less, though it does come off and on. Is this anything to be concerned over, or will it go away soon?

Hi,
Thanks for writing..
A sudden change in habits and place can cause vomiting in pregnancy. Take lots of oral fluid in small amounts. Tender coconut water is a good rehydration agent. It will go off soon. Eat healthy food in small amount and frequents.Avoid spicy food. If vomiting doesnot subside take medical help. You might require IV fluids. Hope I have answered your query. Good day.
