What Causes Excess Menses Flow?

..Hi, My periods have been pretty normal for the last several years. This month, however, it is lasting longer than normal. Usually they last 5 days typically. This month, though, I'm still bleeding, and this is the seventh day. Do you know what's going on, and should I be worried?
