having problems with excess mucus being produced in my throat and at times finding it difficult to breath, have had treatment of antihistamines and a Nasofan nasal spray twice daily for a week and a half , only ever had oral sex with no cum in my mouth also had fungal infection on my back, concerned about Hiv , but also have ME chronic fatigue Syndrome

your treatment is on right path but you seem to be immunocompromised. your doubt about HIV can be cleared by getting the test done for the same. I would like to add that as soon as you know your HIV status, if it is positive then you can start your treatment so you can improve your quality of life.
for fungal infection, start antifungal cream and tablet both together.
fatigue can be improved with multi-vitamine supplements, proper diet and proper rest.
