What Causes Excess Saliva Secretion?

I have esophageal varices,, hepatomegaly ,liver failure, gerd, hiatyl hernia, etc. Is excess saliva normal? This is be to me. I also have an incarcerated hernia I've been trying to get fixed for nearly2 yrs. They claim I'm too I'll for surgery, but fixed my hydrocele

excess saliva is not much bother for you as you don't have any other sign and symotmes of increased parasympathetic activity .
it may be drug induced(if any) or may be idiopathic too.
