What Causes Excess Sweating While Suffering From Provocable Myocardial Ischemia?
CHOLESTROL-176, HDL-48, LDL-117, TRIGLY-126, VLDL-25.2, TMT- MILDLY POSITIVE FOR PROVOCABLE MYOCARDIAL ISCHEMIA.AGE-51/M, NON SMOKER, TAKING THYROX-100 AND NUSAR AM DAILY IN MORNING.DAILY WALK OF 4-5 KMS (AROUND 18-20 DAYS IN MONTH) COMPLAINT OF SWEATING SINCE LAST 1 YEAR, SUFFOCATION DURING ANGER.

The complaints what you are describing of having sweating and suffocation during anger could be related to cardiac origin. Hence, kindly get the following investigations done: 1. ECG. 2. 2D Echocardiogram. 3. Stress test by means of TMT. 4. Serum electrolyte levels. Kindly consult Cardiologist for appropriate opinion and management.
