What Causes Excess Tiredness Long After Anoplasty?

Gud morning. This is for my dad . Two year s back he did a anoplaster. After that he is fine. But last few months he is feelings very tired. Allwsys sleeping. So just I want to know that he have to c the same dr. R any other dr he have to go for a check up. His dr frm chennai. 78 year s old now

No, he does not need to see the same doctor. He would need blood tests and possibly imaging to determine the reason he is tired and this can be done by any GP.

Blood tests such as complete blood count (looking for anemia) , ESR (checking for inflammation in the body), thyroid function tests (looking for low thyroid hormone)
Anemia and low thyroid hormone levels can cause fatigue though there are other causes as well.
