What Causes Excess Tiredness,disturbed Sleep And Body Pain?

Hi I am 37 years male. I am feeling always very very tired and drowsy(sleepy) .. Unable to focus or concentrate in work. I am having very distrubed sleep and morning having pain on hands, body,neck and lower back... I had took thyroid tables and history of thyroid in my family... need any other details... who is doctor I have to consult...
