Hi.
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...

As per your complain deficiency of iron can lead to disturbances with the mucous membranes like swollen and inflamed tongue, and cracked corners ofouth etc but direct effect on teeth is not evident and iron deficiency does not lead to extensive decay in teeth..
As she has got 10 caps then it is possible that she has EARLY CHILDHOOD CARIES which leads to CARIES exposure of multiple teeth in a kid which can vary from white demineralized spots over teeth to extensive caries (cavities or decay) leading to damage to the teeth..
It can occur due to a number of reasons like excessive intake of sweetened milk and other sweet food products, poor hygiene, bottle feeding at night, early aged caries exposure ,in which the child can get a higher spread of caries to other teeth..

You should always follow up with you Paediatric Dentist and get her checked at regular intervals and get treated accordingly by getting the decayed teeth filled as per his/her advise to prevent further decay and damage to the teeth as iron is not the responsible factor for her cavities but other reasons as I explained above..

Fluoride application can also help in reducing damage to the remaining teeth..

Hope this information helps..
