What Causes Excess Vomiting Leading To Neck Pain Radiating Towards Shoulder?

I had severe vomitting two nights ago and all day yesterday. I thought it was just the fku but now my neck hurts so bad that I cant turn it from side to side and the oain is radiating into my shoulder, right arm, & jaw. I also have a nasty headache. No fever. No photophobia. No rash. Should I be concerned about meningitis?

Regarding your experience with vomiting neck pain radiating to the right shoulder and arm jaw with associated headache I am suggesting that you have developed the following differential diagnosis

Meningitis
Encephalitis
Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis
Cervical spondylitis
Myositis
Nerve root lesion
SLE
Multiple sclerosis

In view of this please do the following test
CT SCAN
LUMBER PUNCTURE
MRI
Neck x-ray
ANA electrophoresis
Serum creatine kinase Serum electrolytes

Meanwhile please visit an orthopaedic as well as neurologist specialist with the results and for expect clinical evaluation as well as adequate drug prescription
