General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It could be due to gastritis or irritable bowel disease.

As first-line management, you can take laxatives like lactulose for symptomatic relief.

Include more fiber-rich foods in the diet.

If symptoms persist better to consult a gastroenterologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
