What Causes Excessive Body Heat With Night Sweats During Sleep?

I had a hysterectomy over two years ago and my night sweats and hot flashes are unmanageable. My fiancee says my body is so hot when I am asleep that he can t be next to me. He believes I have a fever and is afraid I will have a heat stroke in my sleep. I also wake up with headaches.

Please consider taking hormone replacement therapy for your symptoms.
