General & Family Physician 's  Response
This might be due to over treatment of diabetes causing low blood sugar in blood.
Diabetes affects vision by causing cataract and retinopathy.
1.     Immediately take small amount of glucose whenever tremor and sweating occurs. Severe low blood glucose can cause coma. So if you feel any disturbance in consciousness, then immediately go to hospital for further treatment
2.     Consult an ophthalmologist for eye check. Do not ignore it as it might cause blindness
3.     Consult your endocrinologist for review of treatment medications
4.     Take medicines regularly
5.     Investigations
a.     Blood sugar (F & PP)
b.     Blood HbA1c
c.     Serum creatinine
Thanks
