What Causes Excessive Burping Along With Diarrhea And Back Pain?

For the past 3 weeks I continue to have occasional burping (I call it Garbage burping) along with running to the bathroom (diarea). I also have back pain. What can you tell me about these syptoms. You have problem of diarrhea that cause more electrolyte and fluid loss cause back pain...

Viral or bacterial infection may cause abdominal bloting problem ...

Take more water and electrolyte.....
Consent a physician for further diagnosis.
Start antibiotics under doctor's suggestion ...
Drink more filter water...
